Great product! The packaging of the delivery was correct, there were all the necessary accessories to make the central unit work. The seller took care of a new installation of windows 10 pro. I was able to test the central unit upon receipt and do the updates. If you use a PC for office work it will be perfect for your tasks, it remains a great value for money for 160€ you will not find better. It is not compatible with Windows 11, and this is normal because it is an old PC. I had the opportunity to test Hyper-V and the WSL2 on windows and the tests are satisfactory for the product. It deserves an SSD to gain in speed. I did not buy it for office use but for server use, hence its original function. I used it with Debian 11 in RJ45 and without GNOME and others, everything works perfectly. The configuration of the machine only allows RAID 1, I did not succeed in installing it via the BIOS despite the settings and research on the web. Difficult to find a doc for the year of construction. product was advertised as being in perfect condition, but the cover has been impacted by paint that has blown off, visible from more than 1.5 m away. on first boot, it is impossible to launch windows. no bootable disk. after making the settings in the bios recommended by dell and Microsoft, the pc finally turns on. after that, it is impossible to wake up from standby, black screen. if the computer stays off for more than 30 minutes, it's impossible to launch windows again. I ordered a Xeon 1271 and received a less powerful 1240. The only advantage is Windows 10 PRO version. I've updated the bios, graphics card, motherboard... I've also reinstalled Windows. now everything works almost normally. i don't think it's normal to have to do all this to get a working product. really disappointed for a first time refurbished.

Hello, there's a problem with the VGA output which doesn't work. (Tested on 2 screens with different cables and working). I can use the computer because I was able to connect to the VDI port on the video card. But as I don't have a display port adapter, I can only use one of the 2 screens. I've looked at the solutions you suggest for this type of case, but in my opinion a VGA port that doesn't work on a modern motherboard is complicated to change. I've already returned my first order and I don't want to waste another week. I think I'll opt for the solution of adding an adapter. I look forward to hearing from you.
