My purchase arrived earlier than planned (a huge bonus point as I was travelling that week) and looked brand new. There are no scratches or issues, and it is working smoothly. So far, I am loving the experience and will definitely buy more gadgets from Back Market. My fears and hesitation with refurbished gadgets were laid to rest!! Thank you!!

PC en très bon état. Un petit nettoyage du reste de la colle n'aurait pas été de trop. Seul problème, le touchpad est fonctionnel mais pas les deux touches physiques (clics gauche et droit). Satisfait mais pas entièrement.

Ce n'est pas la première fois que je commande sur back market, et pour une fois je n'ai pas été déçue ! La livraison était très rapide (livré en 3 jours), et pour le moment l'ordinateur fonctionne parfaitement. Au niveau des composants ils correspondent en tout point à la description, néanmoins il y a un léger accroc sur le dessus de l'ordinateur mais il est à peine visible et ça ne perturbe en rien son utilisation. Maintenant à voir comment il tient dans le temps mais pour le moment il convient très bien à l'utilisation que j'en fait :)

Le PC est en parfait été comme décrit, livraison rapide par FedEx, cependant le clavier n'est pas un vrai azerty. Des autocollants ont été ajoutés sur le clavier pour, semble t'il, cacher les touches d'origine qwerty (le rétro éclairage est donc non visible sur beaucoup de touches). Visiblement ce n'est pas comme beaucoup de PC portable, les touches ne sont pas démontables sur l'EliteBook G8, il faut démonter entièrement le PC et remplacer tout le module exterieur comprenant le clavier, impossible de remplacer uniquement certaines touches.

Je l'ai acheté, est arrivé dans un super packaging en carton bien propre aucune rayure mais je suis un peu déçue j'aurais un aimé avoir un petit mot dans la boite 😂 mais c'était juste la boite avec inscription backmarket, le pc dans du papier bulle et le chargeur. Mais bon, je ne regrette pas du tout !
