Refurbished Acer Laptops

Ordinateur fonctionnel, correspondant à 100% à mes attentes. Le reconditionneur m'a téléphoné personnellement pour m'indiquer une caractéristique n'apparaissant pas sur BackMarket (clavier AZERTY Belge et non Français) et me demander si je voulais conserver ma commande malgré tout. L'ordinateur ne connais pas de baisse de performance dans le temps (2ans et demi). Je conseille pour une utilisation pour le travail, même avec des applications assez lourdes.

L'ordinateur a rapidement montré des signes de Chauffe excessive. J'ai du remplacer pathe thermique, le nettoyer de fond en combles pour qu'il soit opérationnel. . J'ai quelques réserves concernant le processeur, je ne connaissais pas Aizen de chez Amd, je conseille fortement aux futurs clients de choisir Intel clairement. Et de basculer sur une machine à 64Go de RAM. . C'est une bonne machine selon l'usage mais ne convient pas au mien, à savoir Rendu 3D photoréaliste et architecture gourmande. .

Not a good purchase. I chose this seller because ensured the products are fully checked as part of the refurbishment. However it is clear that they are not, as the laptop could not even start up! Over a couple of weeks wasted for now as they suggested to send it back after trying to instruct some quick fix over the email back&forth. I would not choose this seller if your work depends on the product you are purchasing as it can result in a significant inconvenience. Neither the seller has offered compensation. Finally, BackMarket web shows confusing when posting a bad review (under 3.2 out of 5 starts), unsusre if the review is posted as it sends me instead to their Help Center, which I already used but the only suitable option was to return the item to the seller.

L'ordi fonctionne bien dans l'ensemble mais il se décharge vite je trouve et il assez régulièrement il rame
