    I have come to live back market, the products are always fantastic and even if there is an issue they sort it out really quickly. I prefer to buy refurbished as it's more eco friendly and that's exactly what back market stands for which is fantastic. high quality goods at cheaper prices and eco friendly, can't fault it at all. my only issue is that the descriptions could be much clearer. as a person with dyslexia I struggle to read black text on a white screen and I misread so ething which was disappointing but the customer service was fantastic and it was sorted really quickly. I am going to be ordering phones for my teenagers very soon as Christmas isn't far away and I'll definitely be buying them from back market.

    J’ai commandé un iMac, celui-ci est arrivé en excellent état, mais quelle déception lors de l’ouverture du colis de me rendre compte que ce n’est pas le clavier ni la souris Apple. Ce sont de vulgaires clavier et souris basiques d’entrée de gamme qui ne sont même pas de la même couleur que l’ordinateur. Par ailleurs, l’ordinateur a une prise américaine, donc livrée avec un adaptateur, le câble pour recharger la souris, et le clavier est aussi muni d’un adaptateur… Bref, tout cela fait très « bricolé » et c’est bien dommage, car je suis une cliente régulière et je n’avais jusque-là jamais été déçue. J’aurais dû acheter à un autre vendeur, pour le même prix, j’aurais eu le pack complet Apple….

    Nachdem mein MacBook gestohlen wurde habe ich zwei anläufe gestartet hier MacBooks zu bekommen Gnadenlos gescheitert weil beide technische Fehler hatten also zurück damit Der iMac hingegen wurde nicht nur sehr zügig versendet sondern hat auch wirklich überzeugt durch die Qualität Perfekte Oberfläche alle Originalteile und läuft wie geschmiert Danke

    IMac reçu dans les temps, parfaitement emballé et dans la configuration et l’état souhaités. Le clavier et la souris fournis sont très bas de gamme et le clavier n’est pas reconnu… j’avais lu les précédents avis et avais ressorti une souris et un clavier filaire 😉 Merci Adgnostico et Back Market 👍

    Franchement, c’est un très bon IMac, le seul bémol, c’est qu’il n’est pas compatible avec les dernières mises à jour, du coup y a des applications comme iMovie qui sont impossibles à télécharger, mais sinon je suis content, et si quelqu’un sait comment peut on régler ce problème, ça me serait très utile , merci à vous

    La verdad es que me ha sorprendido para bien, el iMac llegó muy bien, hay que tener en cuenta que es usado por lo tanto no va a estar completamente nuevo, siempre hay que asumir alguna cosa mejorable pero que este caso está dentro de las posibilidades que manejaba. Apruebo la compra.

    Besser als erwartet: Das Gerät (iMac 24“, 2021) kam in der Original-Verpackung mit sämtlichem Originalzubehör. Bis auf ein bisschen Fingerfett an den Textilkabeln keine Gebrauchsspuren oder gar Macken, für den Zustand „Hervorragend“ wurde nicht zu viel versprochen. Allerdings hat der Rechner eine kleinere „Maschine“ als bestellt, was von mir mit der Bitte um Preisnachlass moniert wurde. Und da stellte sich auch der freundliche Kundenservice als hervorragend heraus: Mein Anliegen wurde binnen weniger Tage bearbeitet und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst. ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT!
