Refurbished MacBooks

MacBook arrived in very discreet, well padded packaging. The product was graded excellent and it looks like it has just been taken out of its original packaging and then re packaged. No sign of it ever being used. I’m very happy. If i had of bought this being told it was brand new I would of believed it. It did arrive a day late but that is a fault of the courier not back market or the seller. Very happy!

Great service. I've ordered regular DHL delivery and it has been sent with an express. I received a Macbook within 3 days. Mac is in excellent condition visually and performance-wise as advertised. However, keys w and x work quite hard and had to be pressed quite strongly to get them working. Overall, great. I would highly recommend BackMarket.

It’s a good machine overall it works perfectly but I was expecting something with better physical appe perhaps having hadchosen fair quality.

when i was turning it on and off it was jammed and didn't work and i had to completely turn it off so it can work back. and i didn't get my refund yet.

Tout d’abord, livraison très rapide. Cela fait maintenant quelques mois que j’utilise ce macbook et j’en suis extrêmement satisfaite. Je l’ai commandé en « état correct » il y a quelques accros au dessous de l’ordinateur mais il faut regarder de près, de loin il a l’air neuf. En ce qui concerne l’intérieur du Mac : rien à redire. C’est mon premier ordinateur Apple et je vois clairement la différence avec les ordinateurs des autres marques : la rapidité est inégalable la performance aussi. Aucun beug, une utilisation rapide. Je dispose aussi d’un iPhone et les deux appareils communiquent parfaitement bien. J’avais également un peu peur que ce modèle soit trop vieux (2017) pour aujourd’hui (2024) mais pour un usage étudiant (beaucoup de Excel) et personnel cela fonctionne parfaitement bien. En bref, je recommande fortement les ordinateurs Apple et qui plus est ce reconditionneur est très satisfaisant. J’ai mis du temps à passer chez Apple pour les ordinateurs mais je ne regrette pas du tout et au vu du prix neuf, le reconditionnement est une excellente alternative pour un premier achat.

Je reconnais être très agréablement surpris et assez satisfait par mon achat chez Back Market ! Ayant toujours été adepte du neuf de chez neuf ; je ne pensais pas un jour franchir le pas et acheter du reconditionné. J’aurais du le faire il y a bien longtemps ! Le MacBook Pro que j’ai acheté est dans un état quasiment neuf. Il manque juste la boîte et c’est tout. Nouveau client Back Market heureux comme tout ! Merci de votre professionnalisme ! Großartig! Mein altes 2015er Macbook Pro darf jetzt "in Rente" gehen. Das "neue" refurbished Macbook 2019 ist einfach nur ein gigantisches Upgrade. Die Lieferung war exorbitant schnell (kam mit FedEx - wortwörtlich über Nacht). Super verpackt. Macbook äußerlich sehr sauber, läuft fehlerfrei, schnell und leise. Akkuleistung normal. Der Zustand "sehr gut" ist sehr zufriedenstellend - ich hab nicht einen einzigen Kratzer gefunden. Ich kann gar nicht sagen, wie glücklich ich darüber bin. Gerne wieder.
