4/5J’ai reçu l’ordinateur en 5 jours, avec le chargeur ainsi que un peu de paperasse pour m’expliquer que l’ordinateur avait été reconditionné par HP. Le premier problème que j’ai rencontré était qu’il était impossible de réinitialiser l’ordinateur, l’ordinateur se figeait puis j’ai été surprise de voir que mon ordinateur n’était pas un HP Victus 15-FA0026 mais un HP Victus 16-r0xxx pour conclure avec le dernier problème, le chargeur est excrément fragile et en mauvaise état. L’ordinateur est plutôt bon termes de caractéristiques même si les ventilateurs se déclenchent rapidement et tout le temps.
