    Pour l'instant rien à redire, le produit est proche du neuf, le boîtier de recharge est sans imperfections, juste un petit jeu constaté à l'ouverture du boîtier, au niveau des charnières. Les écouteurs en soit marchent parfaitement bien, la qualité est au rendez-vous, le son est parfait, le produit est super léger, on ne les sent presque pas et les écouteurs ont aucune imperfections. Le produit est arrivé avec un jour d'avance, merci à l'équipe de reconditionnement pour leur professionnalisme et leur rapidité d'envoi, merci aussi à Mme Pauline qui m'à remercié pour mon achat, avec un petit mot sur la facture ! Le colis était nickel niveau protection, bien emballé, bien protégé, rien à redire là dessus.

    Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Working well. Only concern is that the box didn’t say Apple on it, or have the Apple symbol, which made me wonder about the validity. Is this because you make the boxes when you recondition the AirPods?

    Rien à dire ! Reçu en avance par rapport à ce qui était annoncé. Aucune mauvaise surprise à la réception. Emballage et conditionnement propre. Parlons maintenant des AirPods Pro (2nd gen), ils étaient bien là ! Les 2 dans leur MagSafe, état parfait comme stipulé à l’achat. Test de ces derniers, sont parfaitement fonctionnels et la qualité sonore est là (écoute sur Spotify). J’ai beaucoup hésité avec les modèles de Sony mais avec mon iPhone je me devais de prendre des AirPods qui, selon tout avis et tests de pro, restent les meilleurs sur le marché des écouteurs Bluetooth, surtout couplés avec un iPhone. Je n’ai pas encore pu testé en appel téléphonique. Bref, je suis satisfait du reconditionnement, merci Backmarket et Lombardo Shop.

    Acheté il y a 1 an et demi dit en « parfait état », et ça fait déjà plusieurs mois que le boîtier se décharge à une vitesse fulgurante. Aujourd’hui le boîtier ne charge plus du tout. Bref ça a bien fonctionné durant un temps, et ça reste du reconditionné. Mais c’est quand même trop cher pour que ça ne dure qu’un an d’après moi.

    Really nice experience. I ordered the Apple AirPods 1. generation (2017) and then a few months later one of them just stopped charging and wouldn’t connect to my phone. I sent them back and explained what was the problem and less than two weeks later i got them back fixed! Haven’t had a problem with them since. :)
