    I received my Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G 256GB within a few days of ordering. The phone was flawless, not a single mark or blemish as if it was a BRAND NEW phone. The only problem I encountered was that the phone had been "rooted" which prevents me from using the "biometric security" features that Samsung imbedded in the operating system. The phone has been returned to the seller who is hoping to source a replacement of the same specification. The support team in Back Market have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, acting as a liaison between me and the seller and keeping me updated on a regular basis. Hoping to source a suitable replacement shortly.

Had to change the script to Microsoft instead of the original Samsung script, as the key board contained German alphabet letters and the predictive text was driving me crazy, kept replacing my words with German words. I changed the language to English with the Set Up options so I was surprised the keyboard did not change also. I was thinking of returning it for that reason but then I noticed the Microsoft option. Works fine now. Only need to charge it once every two days . Would be better if it stayed charged for longer. Otherwise I'm happy with it.
