HI, The Laptop was delivered with incorrect Keyboard Config. I wasted item to sort it out and eventually emailed Supplier direct who were so slow and took no responsibility for the poor quality control of their product. The advised work around using other keys for the incorrect confiG!!!! Crazy My Expectation is such time wasting mistake should never happen and support is not up to professional standard. Je n ai pas assez de recule pour donner un avis définitif mais suite à l achat d un lenvo thinkpad X390 yoga core I7 1.8 SDD 512 GO 8GO très bon état, le vendeur LOKAZ m a bien envoyé le bon modèle, physiquement en parfait état à quelques micro rayures près quasi invisible, ses performances sont plutôt bonnes pour ne pas dire excellentes à voir après un mois d utilisation, le reconditionnement a été fait intelligemment même si j'ai peu de connaissance en la matière, le technicien n était pas dans l'obligation de si bien le reconditionner mais il l'a fait. Conclusion le technicien de chez LOKAZ ayant touché à mon ordi est super

I've bought a couple of refurbished Lenovo Think Pads for our field team over the past 12 months but they were from a different refurbisher, not through BackMarket. As the other company didn't have any in stock when I needed another one, and having purchased 3 refurbished mobiles from Back Market before and been delighted, I thought I'd give one a go. The laptop works perfectly and is quick, suggesting that much of the bloat associated with new equipment has been removed. The case is a bit 'shiny', unlike the matt finish I've received before so I suspect this has been done to try to make the laptop look as good as it could, and someone went a bit overboard with the dashboard polish! Personally, I'd have preferred a slightly scratched matt finish but this is a minor gripe. I'm in the process of loading some diagnostic software and this is a time consuming and tricky process but the laptop seems to be handling it ith ease, so if it performs as well in the field once it reaches its new owner, I'll be a happy shopper.

Premier achat Back Market, premier reconditionné et j'en suis pleinement satisfaite ! L'ordinateur est arrivé bien emballé et en parfait état. Tout semble bien fonctionner pour l'instant, le système opérationnel est vite et il est arrivé comme neuf. Le vendeur est attentif et rapide dans les échanges. Merci !

J'ai dû renvoyer le pc car le 1er PC n'avait que la moitié de la capacité de disque dur prévue. Le 2eme PC reçu est impeccable même si la batterie est un peu faible en autonomie (normal pour du reconditionné, elle date de 2019). Vendeur très réactif en cas de soucis, extrêmement rapide pour la livraison et produit très bien emballé. 👍

Un vrai nouvelle ami de travail ! Pour ce que je fais (bcp de traitements de textes, ouvrir plusieurs pages en même temps, regarder des vidéos/streaming et faire du montage/traitements de vidéos) il fonctionne vraiment très bien. Il est rapide et chauffe très peu. La batterie, pour du reconditionner, tient aussi bien que pour un ordinateur neuf avec mon utilisation. Donc je suis vraiment très contente et satisafaite de mon achat. J'ai peut-être eu de la chance, mais je ne pense pas. C'est vraiment un reconditionnement, et un achat de qualité.

Livraison en temps et en heure. Bien sécurisé. Produit de qualité dans mes attentes. "Seul point négatif" : la description et caractéristiques du produit sont, à mon goût, un peu léger, mais au final j'ai obtenu ce que je souhaitais. Je ne fonctionne qu'avec du reconditionné et le professionnalisme de back market fait que je n'achète que par eux. déjà 9 achats sans problème. Merci.
