I ordered a Dell Precision 3581 from Back Market and so far I am very happy with my purchase. My laptop arrived promptly and it's condition was comparable with brand new. Everything works perfectly. It was a huge saving versus a new one and it's also great to have saved a lot of waste by choosing a refurbished product. Great experience - would definitely recommend!

Bonjour, Achat effectué le 26 Décembre, livré le 30 Décembre. Livré en très bon état (rien de cassé). La machine (le PC) est conforme à la description (corei5, ssd, processeur et autre), elle est jolie. Sans rayures ou quelconque dommage à l'apparence. Sur le fond, c'est-à-dire la performance, après près d'un mois d'utilisation, la batterie tient 3h à 4h (et plus, 4H30, 4H45) selon l'usage. La machine est rapide et tout fonctionne, le wifi, le micro, haut-parleur. Comme il n'y a pas d'œuvre parfait, je cite deux bémols : la luminosité de la caméra (je ne sais pas comment régler). Et le ventilo du pc qui fait un léger bruit quand ça tourne, mais après une semaine cela s'est arrêté. Actuellement ce bruit est difficilement audible et rare. Je conseille vivement l'achat du reconditionner Dell Latitude 5490 très bon état. Merci.

Super contente de cet écran reconditionné. Le carton est arrivé un peu abîmé mais plus de peur que de mal car l’écran était confortablement installé dans du papier bulles ! L’écran fonctionne bien, est comme neuf et exempt de toute rayure. Ultra satisfaite, et hâte d’avoir l’occasion d’acheter du reconditionné ❤️

The Dell arrived quickly and in pristine condition. I was able to get up and going very quickly. I sent my old Mac Air back for reconditioning and got £48 off of the already good price. It came with Windows 10 installed and though I mostly use Macs, it wasn’t long before I was able to get things set up. This is my fifth item purchased from Back Market and have been happy each time.

C'est très bon le concept des produits reconditionnés, surtout pour le type de produit que j'ai acheté. La garantie de 12 mois et le droit de retractation avec les frais d'expédition compris me donnent un confort de pouvoir tester les choses auxquelles je ne suis pas certain. Sur cet exemple, je n'avais pas trouvé des spécifications complètes sur internet, donc il m'a fallu essayer moi-même.
