I was somewhat anxious being my first refurbished Macbook Pro. I am absolutely delighted with the purchase and astounded by the quality. Mine was not supposed to be Premium level, I chose excellent quality but all I can say is big thanks to the refurb technician as my experience was similar to opening a brand new Macbook straight form the Apple Store. Original box, brand new charger, not a scratch or blemish and only 2 cycles on the battery. I would highly recommend and thank you immensely Backmarket!

The iPhone came in pristine condition and arrived sooner than expected. The phone came with a USB-C charging cable and a refurbished box similar to an iPhone box. After powering the phone on, it was clear that this was basically a brand new phone for nearly €300 off the retail price. There were only 4 cycles on the battery.

Really happy with this desktop - delivery was very fast and it arrived in perfect condition the day after ordering it! It's a slight upgrade from my last reconditioned desktop and it runs perfectly. The description does say it has an optical drive which appears to be a blank plate but that's not an issue as I already have a USB DVD player. Might be something to double check with the seller if you absolutely need an on board optical drive. Really great experience all round and I'm over the moon to have a brand new (to me) desktop for such a great price!

Im not gonna lie to you, i was suspicious at first because the price seemed just too good, i did some research on other places to get MacBooks and this place came up go be the best and its wasn’t wrong . I ordered good condition expecting some faults but the quality was literally as good as new, it was literally as if i ordered excellent condition straight from the apple website. I really appreciate places like this where u can get real products that have been refurbished for a really good price. So whoever is refurbishing them is clearly doing a really good job. So thank you, for being good at your job and not disappointing your customers. Next purchase is ordered already! Youve got yourself a long time customer.

First time buying re-furbished so was admittedly skeptical. Package arrived and I was really happy. Next business day delivery too. Device is in near perfect conditions with no visible signs of use whatsoever, battery health was at 100%. For all intensive purposes its as new. Just a note on the straps and chargers supplied with the excellent grade. These are NOT genuine Apple, this fact is specified on the page when ordering or viewing the item. This was made known before I purchased. They are however of reasonable quality and new condition. Also, non-Apple packaging, which should be expected when buying most re-furbished items. I see some people calling this out after purchase despite Back Market making clear. Long term use of the watch is yet to be proven but based on what I've seen from Back Market so far, the 12 month warranty gives me confidence. Overall, great service and experience. I will be buying from Back Market again.

Impressive. The phone is working perfectly and nothing to complain about so far. It was a Birthday gift for my teenage son, and I was worried that the phone will arrive late. But, to my greatest surprise which I appreciate very much, the phone was delivered to my door within 24hrs from France. Thank you Backmarket, I am saving to get one for myself from here too.

Watch as described. I bought the premium version together with my wife. Condition is perfect. Battery health: mine 95%, my wife’s 93%. We’re both very satisfied. For others: • The box is not original • The strap is new (non-original) • The charger is new (non-original) Highly recommended 👍

this device was flawless. 0 scratches 0 nicks 0 anything. I ordered it in excellent condition Mind you. battery came at 100% max capacity and it was an authentic apple battery (no after market alert in settings)(i ordered a new battery too)). so yeah this device was practically brand new. 0 complaints; i highly recommend.

It looks very clean, fast shipping I would have gotten it the next day but the DHL driver zoomed off seconds after he got to my door. But battery percentage is 88% which is very good I have been using if for some hours and It doesn’t die quickly. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
