Amazing! Absolutely amazing. The iPad Air came with apple refurbished original box, 0 battery cycles and looking like new. I activated my unit and have received 1 year warranty original from apple + possibility to get AppleCare. If you are willing to buy it, please do it. It was my first refurbished and I was a bit worried with its quality and now, I’m really impressed and happy.

First time buying re-furbished so was admittedly skeptical. Package arrived and I was really happy. Next business day delivery too. Device is in near perfect conditions with no visible signs of use whatsoever, battery health was at 100%. For all intensive purposes its as new. Just a note on the straps and chargers supplied with the excellent grade. These are NOT genuine Apple, this fact is specified on the page when ordering or viewing the item. This was made known before I purchased. They are however of reasonable quality and new condition. Also, non-Apple packaging, which should be expected when buying most re-furbished items. I see some people calling this out after purchase despite Back Market making clear. Long term use of the watch is yet to be proven but based on what I've seen from Back Market so far, the 12 month warranty gives me confidence. Overall, great service and experience. I will be buying from Back Market again.

Very pleased with my purchase. The phone arrived quickly, looked brand new, and the battery health was 100%. I was also happy to see that the screen had been replaced with a genuine original Apple display, which is confirmed in the Settings menu. Everything works perfectly and the performance is excellent. Delivery was fast and the whole experience was hassle-free. Would happily buy from this seller again.

Received the iphone and the apple watch after 2 days of ordering online. The items were neatly and securedly packed especially the phone. The items looked like it's brand new. I also appreciated the fact that the phone came in with a case, pin(for simcard) and cable. I have been using the phone for the last 12 days and it works really good. The screen sensitivity is great. The battery is at 100%. I am already looking at another phone and headphones for purchase. :) Thanks!

Watch as described. I bought the premium version together with my wife. Condition is perfect. Battery health: mine 95%, my wife’s 93%. We’re both very satisfied. For others: • The box is not original • The strap is new (non-original) • The charger is new (non-original) Highly recommended 👍

The fastest delivery I've ever seen. The phone works, everything's fine so far. Plus, a one-year warranty on second-hand items. No complaints. One small issue(could be a model problem) the gel screen cover started to crack within the first week. No drops or anything. Just started to crack after a few openings of the phone. It's an easy enough fix. Just wish that it didn't start to crack after 1 week.

The iPhone came in pristine condition and arrived sooner than expected. The phone came with a USB-C charging cable and a refurbished box similar to an iPhone box. After powering the phone on, it was clear that this was basically a brand new phone for nearly €300 off the retail price. There were only 4 cycles on the battery.

Absolutely love love love my new phone. Wouldnt even know it was a refurb its that good. Not a scratch or mark on it and the battery life is fantastic. Ordered the phone late on a Sunday night and had it on Tuesday afternoon. I purchased a Samsung S23+ 256GB and it is absolutely perfect. I chose the Premium condition option, and the phone arrived looking brand new. The condition exceeded my expectations, with no visible signs of use and everything working flawlessly. The delivery was also excellent, arriving one day earlier than expected. So glad with my purchase! Packed, posted and delivered very quickly. My teenager already got 2 brand new Xiaomi which didn't "survive"... The 1st one overheated and burnt the mother chip and the second one had a "basketball accident": as it was too big, it was impossible to zip his pocket... He'd like to upgrade but regarding his legendary caring for things and the cost of a brand new Samsung, we gave a go to Backmarket. We went for a Samsung Galaxy S22, condition "excellent". As a second hand device we were aware that it won't be a brand new one, so except a few very light scratches on the edges and on the screen the device is in mint condition, no working issue so far. I don't think I'll buy brand new device in the future.

I was expecting much worse, for example about the screen and keyboard. However I chose the condition as a “good”. It is like brand new laptop. Only the case has some little scretches and that is it. I love it!

Really happy with this desktop - delivery was very fast and it arrived in perfect condition the day after ordering it! It's a slight upgrade from my last reconditioned desktop and it runs perfectly. The description does say it has an optical drive which appears to be a blank plate but that's not an issue as I already have a USB DVD player. Might be something to double check with the seller if you absolutely need an on board optical drive. Really great experience all round and I'm over the moon to have a brand new (to me) desktop for such a great price!

The device arrived *very* quickly and is in working condition. However: the CMOS battery needs replacing (fine, not a big deal), the SATA cable leading to the additional storage enclosure was loose (OK, easy fix after all), and... the device has a different CPU than advertised. My order clearly stated "Core i5-8400 2.8Ghz", while I can see the device runs an Intel Core i3-8100T @ 3.1Ghz. For my use case, this is going to be just fine, and overall I'm still happy with the purchase, but if this is going to be a dealbreaker for you, beware.

Really happy with my purchase! Battery health is 100% even though I bought it with Standard battery and there are absolutely no marks,. It arrived completely dead and had a small issue charging with MagSafe at first, but it’s working perfectly now. The shift key on the keyboard is just in Chinese but it doesn’t really bother me so i’m happy with it overall.

This was my first time using Back Market and honestly, I was skeptical at first but chanced my arm going with "fair" - the device is perfect and better than what I was expecting. the minor scratches are few and definitely what I'd expect from "Good". It was a great choice buying this Mac, because I already have this same model, but the screen is cracked and now it's just docked. A new aftermarket screen replacement is pretty much the same price as this MacBook, so it was a no brainer to just buy it. Faultless experience overall - device is spot on, delivery was fast and even got a high quality brained cable along with the original Apple power brick. Will definitely order from here in future.

È arrivato nella confezione originale Apple Refurbished e ho persino avuto la possibilità di attivare AppleCare. La cosa che mi ha stupito di più è stata la qualità del servizio: l’ho ordinato venerdì e lunedì era già a casa. Velocissimi! Sinceramente non mi aspettavo un livello di qualità così alto ma mi sono completamente ricreduto. È stata un’esperienza davvero positiva e sono super, super, super contento del mio acquisto. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio!
