I was somewhat anxious being my first refurbished Macbook Pro. I am absolutely delighted with the purchase and astounded by the quality. Mine was not supposed to be Premium level, I chose excellent quality but all I can say is big thanks to the refurb technician as my experience was similar to opening a brand new Macbook straight form the Apple Store. Original box, brand new charger, not a scratch or blemish and only 2 cycles on the battery. I would highly recommend and thank you immensely Backmarket!

Really happy with this desktop - delivery was very fast and it arrived in perfect condition the day after ordering it! It's a slight upgrade from my last reconditioned desktop and it runs perfectly. The description does say it has an optical drive which appears to be a blank plate but that's not an issue as I already have a USB DVD player. Might be something to double check with the seller if you absolutely need an on board optical drive. Really great experience all round and I'm over the moon to have a brand new (to me) desktop for such a great price!

Im not gonna lie to you, i was suspicious at first because the price seemed just too good, i did some research on other places to get MacBooks and this place came up go be the best and its wasn’t wrong . I ordered good condition expecting some faults but the quality was literally as good as new, it was literally as if i ordered excellent condition straight from the apple website. I really appreciate places like this where u can get real products that have been refurbished for a really good price. So whoever is refurbishing them is clearly doing a really good job. So thank you, for being good at your job and not disappointing your customers. Next purchase is ordered already! Youve got yourself a long time customer.

I love themmmmm. They seem brand new no signs of wear and tear. They came with the charger and replacement buds as well which I thought was really good. The audio is amazing. Noise cancellation top tier the transparency, conversation awareness, volume adjustments on the side >> my first AirPods and really glad I got them so good for second hand. I’ve been recommending to everyone!

Great experience I had on BackMarket. The MacBook was wholly new and still sealed in its original Apple Box. I was delighted with this order. It was the same as going to an Apple Store, but I saved a lot of money.

Mac is in perfect condition. Only gripe is that the keyboard while QWERTY is Spanish ISO and the non alphabet keys are slightly different. It also arrived with the keyboard setting in Spanish which knew how to adjust but a less technical user may find confusing.

Absolutely love love love my new phone. Wouldnt even know it was a refurb its that good. Not a scratch or mark on it and the battery life is fantastic. Ordered the phone late on a Sunday night and had it on Tuesday afternoon. Arrived in great condition with the correct keyboard, checked the bios & specs and they all match the listings. Travelling with it has been great as it weighs so little and easily fits into a standard backpack. It’s well able to multitask and handle the likes of CAD, web tabs & several Excel spreadsheets all at once which is what I was hoping to use it for during my studies in engineering. My only concern is the battery, as so far the longest I've used it for before it absolutely needs a charge is 4 hours, but this can be easily upgraded in the future if needs be. Overall my experience with the laptop has been excellent and for any student considering to buy refurbished or second hand I would absolutely recommend it!
