Amazing! Absolutely amazing. The iPad Air came with apple refurbished original box, 0 battery cycles and looking like new. I activated my unit and have received 1 year warranty original from apple + possibility to get AppleCare. If you are willing to buy it, please do it. It was my first refurbished and I was a bit worried with its quality and now, I’m really impressed and happy.

L’iPad è arrivato in condizioni incredibili: batteria nuova, schermo perfetto, touch impeccabile, luminosità ottima e nessun difetto. È arrivato nella confezione originale Apple Refurbished e ho persino avuto la possibilità di attivare AppleCare. La cosa che mi ha stupito di più è stata la qualità del servizio: l’ho ordinato venerdì e lunedì era già a casa. Velocissimi! Sinceramente non mi aspettavo un livello di qualità così alto ma mi sono completamente ricreduto. È stata un’esperienza davvero positiva e sono super, super, super contento del mio acquisto. At the beginning of this year, my phone was stolen, and unfortunately, I never had the chance to recover the cost because I didn’t have theft insurance. After saving money for several months, I finally decided to buy an iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB through Back Market. Honestly, I was a little nervous about buying a refurbished phone. The same device costs around €2,000 at the Apple Store, while I paid approximately €1,300 on Back Market. I was worried it might arrive scratched, damaged, or with visible signs of wear. I genuinely never imagined I would get the same phone that was stolen from me, with even more storage, for a much lower price, and in what looks and feels like a brand-new condition. The phone arrived in a white box and was absolutely immaculate, just like a device straight from the Apple Store. It had 0 battery cycles, which strongly suggests the battery had been replaced or the device had never been used. The screen was flawless, with not a single scratch, and the back of the phone was in perfect condition. This model has an aluminium design, and unfortunately, it has a reputation for being particularly easy to scratch. Mine arrived without a single mark, dent or scratch. Literally, it looked brand new! Delivery was incredibly fast, too. My phone arrived just two days after ordering. I was also able to pay through Klarna in three interest-free instalments, which made a huge difference financially and gave me some breathing room after such an expensive purchase. This is a very expensive device, and I rely on my phone for my work in the music industry, so having a reliable device is essential for me. So far, the phone has been perfect, and my overall experience with Back Market has been excellent. The only downside is that it took a little longer than expected to get answers to some questions I had about insurance. If you’re thinking about buying this phone, I would absolutely recommend checking Back Market before paying full price at Apple. For me, the savings were incredible, and the quality exceeded all my expectations. One additional tip for anyone buying in Ireland: if you want theft protection, make sure you check your insurance options carefully. I decided to arrange insurance straight away and looked into external providers such as Love It Cover It. Always check the policy terms to confirm exactly what is covered, including theft. And please, be careful with pickpockets, everyone! Learn from my experience. Finally, a huge thank you to Back Market for making it possible for me to replace the phone I lost without having to spend another fortune. After the stress of having my phone stolen, this purchase genuinely felt like a fresh start. Five stars from me. Great value, incredibly fast delivery, and a phone that looks brand new. I was somewhat anxious being my first refurbished Macbook Pro. I am absolutely delighted with the purchase and astounded by the quality. Mine was not supposed to be Premium level, I chose excellent quality but all I can say is big thanks to the refurb technician as my experience was similar to opening a brand new Macbook straight form the Apple Store. Original box, brand new charger, not a scratch or blemish and only 2 cycles on the battery. I would highly recommend and thank you immensely Backmarket!

It was kind of brand new. Delivery was prompt. Phone was packaged nicely with all the cushion material. It is showing as 3 months old. So I got to enjoy the Apple’s warranty for another 9 months. Battery cycles count is at 0, this is little suspicious. Phone’s body and screen are looking flawless. Cameras are yet to be tested.

The iPhone came in pristine condition and arrived sooner than expected. The phone came with a USB-C charging cable and a refurbished box similar to an iPhone box. After powering the phone on, it was clear that this was basically a brand new phone for nearly €300 off the retail price. There were only 4 cycles on the battery.

Really happy with this desktop - delivery was very fast and it arrived in perfect condition the day after ordering it! It's a slight upgrade from my last reconditioned desktop and it runs perfectly. The description does say it has an optical drive which appears to be a blank plate but that's not an issue as I already have a USB DVD player. Might be something to double check with the seller if you absolutely need an on board optical drive. Really great experience all round and I'm over the moon to have a brand new (to me) desktop for such a great price!

The device arrived *very* quickly and is in working condition. However: the CMOS battery needs replacing (fine, not a big deal), the SATA cable leading to the additional storage enclosure was loose (OK, easy fix after all), and... the device has a different CPU than advertised. My order clearly stated "Core i5-8400 2.8Ghz", while I can see the device runs an Intel Core i3-8100T @ 3.1Ghz. For my use case, this is going to be just fine, and overall I'm still happy with the purchase, but if this is going to be a dealbreaker for you, beware.

Very pleased with my purchase. The phone arrived quickly, looked brand new, and the battery health was 100%. I was also happy to see that the screen had been replaced with a genuine original Apple display, which is confirmed in the Settings menu. Everything works perfectly and the performance is excellent. Im not gonna lie to you, i was suspicious at first because the price seemed just too good, i did some research on other places to get MacBooks and this place came up go be the best and its wasn’t wrong . I ordered good condition expecting some faults but the quality was literally as good as new, it was literally as if i ordered excellent condition straight from the apple website. I really appreciate places like this where u can get real products that have been refurbished for a really good price. So whoever is refurbishing them is clearly doing a really good job. So thank you, for being good at your job and not disappointing your customers. Next purchase is ordered already! Youve got yourself a long time customer.

Good value. The phone was almost perfect but still exceeded my expectations. It was a US spec so had the larger battery and exactly what I wanted. Shipping was fast. Overall it was great experience.

This was my first time using Back Market and honestly, I was skeptical at first but chanced my arm going with "fair" - the device is perfect and better than what I was expecting. the minor scratches are few and definitely what I'd expect from "Good". It was a great choice buying this Mac, because I already have this same model, but the screen is cracked and now it's just docked. A new aftermarket screen replacement is pretty much the same price as this MacBook, so it was a no brainer to just buy it. Faultless experience overall - device is spot on, delivery was fast and even got a high quality brained cable along with the original Apple power brick. Will definitely order from here in future.

Delivery was very very quick. very happy with that. Battery life is good and the phone is in excellent condition. Phone got pretty warm the first day or two i used it but I read up on it and it seems common for that model of Samsung, since over put a cover on it doesn't feel as hot. Received the iphone and the apple watch after 2 days of ordering online. The items were neatly and securedly packed especially the phone. The items looked like it's brand new. I also appreciated the fact that the phone came in with a case, pin(for simcard) and cable. I have been using the phone for the last 12 days and it works really good. The screen sensitivity is great. I received the MacBook Pro 2023 m3 in excellent condition. The battery health was 100% and not a single scratch anywhere !! The MacBook only had battery cycle of 14 which means practically brand new. Very delighted with the purchased

Working great, looks beautiful, not a mark on it. Not happy how all the data was transferred from my USA phone to this, now Irish phone but that had nothing to do with Back Market 😢. Hopefully I will find an expert to resolve any issues.
