Non posso dire altro che: wow! 🤩 Sono super felice del mio nuovo iPad Air 64 GB acquistato su Back Market. Lo utilizzo principalmente per guardare film e serie TV, quindi questa versione è perfetta per le mie esigenze. L’iPad è arrivato in condizioni incredibili: batteria nuova, schermo perfetto, touch impeccabile, luminosità ottima e nessun difetto. È arrivato nella confezione originale Apple Refurbished e ho persino avuto la possibilità di attivare AppleCare. La cosa che mi ha stupito di più è stata la qualità del servizio: l’ho ordinato venerdì e lunedì era già a casa. Velocissimi! Sinceramente non mi aspettavo un livello di qualità così alto ma mi sono completamente ricreduto. È stata un’esperienza davvero positiva e sono super, super, super contento del mio acquisto. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio!

Amazing! Absolutely amazing. The iPad Air came with apple refurbished original box, 0 battery cycles and looking like new. I activated my unit and have received 1 year warranty original from apple + possibility to get AppleCare. If you are willing to buy it, please do it. It was my first refurbished and I was a bit worried with its quality and now, I’m really impressed and happy.

I was somewhat anxious being my first refurbished Macbook Pro. I am absolutely delighted with the purchase and astounded by the quality. Mine was not supposed to be Premium level, I chose excellent quality but all I can say is big thanks to the refurb technician as my experience was similar to opening a brand new Macbook straight form the Apple Store. Original box, brand new charger, not a scratch or blemish and only 2 cycles on the battery. I would highly recommend and thank you immensely Backmarket!

The iPhone came in pristine condition and arrived sooner than expected. The phone came with a USB-C charging cable and a refurbished box similar to an iPhone box. After powering the phone on, it was clear that this was basically a brand new phone for nearly €300 off the retail price. There were only 4 cycles on the battery.

Completely satisfied with my purchase, the IPad has been refurbished by Apple and simply NEW: battery at 100% and 0 cycles, I couldn’t believe it!! The case is SPOTLESS, perfect. Wow Back Market!! ❤️

Really happy with this desktop - delivery was very fast and it arrived in perfect condition the day after ordering it! It's a slight upgrade from my last reconditioned desktop and it runs perfectly. The description does say it has an optical drive which appears to be a blank plate but that's not an issue as I already have a USB DVD player. Might be something to double check with the seller if you absolutely need an on board optical drive. Really great experience all round and I'm over the moon to have a brand new (to me) desktop for such a great price!

This was my first time using Back Market and honestly, I was skeptical at first but chanced my arm going with "fair" - the device is perfect and better than what I was expecting. the minor scratches are few and definitely what I'd expect from "Good". It was a great choice buying this Mac, because I already have this same model, but the screen is cracked and now it's just docked. A new aftermarket screen replacement is pretty much the same price as this MacBook, so it was a no brainer to just buy it. Faultless experience overall - device is spot on, delivery was fast and even got a high quality brained cable along with the original Apple power brick. Will definitely order from here in future.

Im not gonna lie to you, i was suspicious at first because the price seemed just too good, i did some research on other places to get MacBooks and this place came up go be the best and its wasn’t wrong . I ordered good condition expecting some faults but the quality was literally as good as new, it was literally as if i ordered excellent condition straight from the apple website. I really appreciate places like this where u can get real products that have been refurbished for a really good price. So whoever is refurbishing them is clearly doing a really good job. So thank you, for being good at your job and not disappointing your customers. Next purchase is ordered already! Youve got yourself a long time customer.

Delivery was very very quick. very happy with that. Battery life is good and the phone is in excellent condition. Phone got pretty warm the first day or two i used it but I read up on it and it seems common for that model of Samsung, since over put a cover on it doesn't feel as hot. Overall, I'm very happy and will recommend you to others. Patrick

Received the iphone and the apple watch after 2 days of ordering online. The items were neatly and securedly packed especially the phone. The items looked like it's brand new. I also appreciated the fact that the phone came in with a case, pin(for simcard) and cable. I have been using the phone for the last 12 days and it works really good. The screen sensitivity is great. The battery is at 100%. I am already looking at another phone and headphones for purchase. :) Thanks!

Working great, looks beautiful, not a mark on it. Not happy how all the data was transferred from my USA phone to this, now Irish phone but that had nothing to do with Back Market 😢. Hopefully I will find an expert to resolve any issues.

The fastest delivery I've ever seen. The phone works, everything's fine so far. Plus, a one-year warranty on second-hand items. No complaints. One small issue(could be a model problem) the gel screen cover started to crack within the first week. No drops or anything. Just started to crack after a few openings of the phone. It's an easy enough fix. Just wish that it didn't start to crack after 1 week.

First time buying re-furbished so was admittedly skeptical. Package arrived and I was really happy. Next business day delivery too. Device is in near perfect conditions with no visible signs of use whatsoever, battery health was at 100%. For all intensive purposes its as new. Just a note on the straps and chargers supplied with the excellent grade. These are NOT genuine Apple, this fact is specified on the page when ordering or viewing the item. This was made known before I purchased. They are however of reasonable quality and new condition. Also, non-Apple packaging, which should be expected when buying most re-furbished items. I see some people calling this out after purchase despite Back Market making clear. Long term use of the watch is yet to be proven but based on what I've seen from Back Market so far, the 12 month warranty gives me confidence. Overall, great service and experience. I will be buying from Back Market again.

I paid for excellent condition, I didn't pay extra for a changed battery, but I got a new phone, no charge cycles and 100 percent battery. Nothing changed on it or having a service history. Thank you very much!

Impressive. The phone is working perfectly and nothing to complain about so far. It was a Birthday gift for my teenage son, and I was worried that the phone will arrive late. But, to my greatest surprise which I appreciate very much, the phone was delivered to my door within 24hrs from France. Thank you Backmarket, I am saving to get one for myself from here too.

I ordered it in excellent condition Mind you. battery came at 100% max capacity and it was an authentic apple battery (no after market alert in settings)(i ordered a new battery too)). so yeah this device was practically brand new. 0 complaints; i highly recommend.
