A very good laptop for the price. A high-end model from a few years ago is a much better option for the price of a basic laptop. Delivery was a little slow, but it arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged. I received a very well preserved unit, with 2 or 3 scratches on the back, but they are very small and I think they can be removed with alcohol. The screen has no scratches and the keyboard is perfect. I highly recommend BackMarket; this is not the first time I have bought from them, I have already bought two Samsung tablets.

Laptop delivered quicker than anticipated, after just a few days. It was very well packed and protected against damage. Device is practically unmarked without any signs of previous use. I’m only just beginning to learn how to use it (I really need to find a Windows 11 instruction book) but so far the software appears faultless and the speed is impressive. I deliberately chose a high-spec model and all the additional functions I wanted seem to be working fine (e.g. touch screen, backlit keyboard). I’ve only had it for 2 weeks but I’m very pleased with it so far and feel optimistic that it will match if not exceed my expectations. If so, it will be a good buy at around half the price of a brand new one.
