Firstly, this product failed to deliver and was returned to the seller in Portugal which to be fair I don't think was your fault, however my contract is with Black Market and not the delivery company. When I finally got the product, it would not connect to a projector or monitor, which was the primary reason I got it in the first place. I followed all troubleshooting instructions but failed to resolve the issue, which leave me with no option other than to return it. I now have to go and buy another computer as I require it for work. This has been a complete waste of time for me and Im sure for your company also. Flor
