The product was delivered very quickly (even quicker than advertised!), without any glitches. I chose the "perfect summer" option and it's in perfect condition. Apart from a few micro-scratches on the back (if you really want to quibble), it's as good as new. In terms of functionality and performance, so far so good, but we'll have to wait and see over the long term. The battery undoubtedly discharges faster than a new one, but that's still very reasonable. A job well done by Furbify, who took care of the reconditioning!

Hello, I am delighted with my reconditioned HP Elitebook. Shipping was impeccable with UPS, and fast too, good order tracking. This is the first time I've ordered from Back Market, and frankly it's perfect! The computer is what I expected, and it's in superb condition! Just a few small problems with the keyboard, the "ctrl" key on the left doesn't work, and I haven't managed to update it or find the problem. But I have the same key on the right, which works. A few little bugs elsewhere on the keyboard, but that's it, refurbishing isn't quite turnkey, it requires a bit of handling and updates, and other checking installations! In short, it's OK now. Also, I absolutely wanted to buy from a French-speaking vendor for easy follow-up in case of a problem, which is silly, but I'm thinking that maybe I should think about it! So I recommend this seller, in terms of quality and delivery! Honestly, everything is great! Elise.
