This one’s great, but I can’t say the same about my previous experience!!!
A month’s wait, a locked phone and a customer service team that’s making a mockery of everyone
I’m leaving this review to warn people about Back Market’s customer service practices. My experience has been a series of professional blunders:
12 May: Ordered a phone… which never arrived. After making a complaint, I had to wait yet again.
12 June (one month later): The second phone finally arrived, but it was completely locked and unusable.
The return: I sent the device back, specifically requesting a replacement. In the meantime, I’d spent a considerable amount on a case and a tempered glass screen protector suitable for that model.
The cold shower: Back Market ignored my request and forced a refund on me. I’m left without a phone, and stuck with brand-new accessories that are of no use to me.
Customer service? Non-existent.
In response to this inconvenience, their only offer is a 5% discount code… which I’d already used 15 days ago for another purchase! In other words, the goodwill gesture is worth €0.
People buy refurbished goods because they can’t afford new ones. Back Market completely overlooks this, showing utter contempt for its loyal customers. Never again. Give it a wide berth.
