    The Dell arrived quickly and in pristine condition. I was able to get up and going very quickly. I sent my old Mac Air back for reconditioning and got £48 off of the already good price. It came with Windows 10 installed and though I mostly use Macs, it wasn’t long before I was able to get things set up. This is my fifth item purchased from Back Market and have been happy each time.

    Honestly can't fault anything. I was looking for days unable to decide, then the device came down another £30 and it was too good not to. Laptop arrived a day before expected (bonus 1). Laptop has touchscreen even though the tech specs state it does not (bonus 2). The battery life is actually impressive and I am surprised given the laptop is refurbished (bonus 3) Condition of the laptop is very good, I ordered the "Fair" condition and honestly other than a very light scratch on the outer top case, it's perfect (bonus 4) All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

    Petit souci à la réception, l'ordinateur ne correspondait pas complètement à la description (caractéristiques légèrement inférieures). Le service client Backmarket a parfaitement géré ma réclamation en faisant le lien avec le vendeur. Je suis très satisfait du règlement amiable qu'ils ont permis d'atteindre. Il s'agissait de mon 9ème achat sur backmarket et la seconde fois que je faisais appel au service client (la fois précédente il s'agissait d'une commande perdue par le transporteur). A chaque fois ils ont été très réactifs et très efficaces. C'est très rassurant et je me vois mal acheter des équipements électroniques reconditionnés sur une plateforme qui ne proposerait pas les mêmes garanties de sérieux dans le service client. Un immense merci aux équipes Backmarket et à leurs reconditionneurs, vous faites un super boulot !
