Based in Ireland, laptop arrived in French. No reason, double checked the purchase and there was no mention of different language settings. Means I've wasted hours trying to get it set up correctly, but can't figure it out. Really frustrating and unnecessary. Basic mistake in the configuration but that's not good enough. Last time I bought from Back Market i had to return the item and this time I'm just kicking myself I bothered giving a second chance. I believe in sustainability & the circular economy, but this is a waste of time.
