The only thing I’ve noticed—and it’s not necessarily an issue for me since I work from home—is that the battery drains very quickly. So my opinion can only be positive. The laptop’s condition matches the description (like new), and the battery seems to meet my needs. Shipping was incredibly fast, and the laptop was very well protected—nothing to complain about there. However, the software setup needs to be redone from scratch and takes a very long time. The laptop won’t automatically install my printer, which dates back to 2013, and so far I haven’t found a solution. On the other hand, the name of an old network printer still shows up, so the reset didn’t remove everything completely. Honestly, if I had to do it again, I’d think twice, because this laptop isn’t functional software-wise, even for basic tasks—for example, some files won’t open. You really need to be tech-savvy to get everything working smoothly. Sure, the software store is online, but paid apps are the first ones shown in the list—not cool at all. To finish, I should mention that this is at least my fifth purchase from Back Market (smartphones, laptops, second-hand electronics, etc.), and so far everything has always gone really well. The quality has always been there. I also recommend this platform, which adds a touch of humor to its comments too—something that does a lot of good these days! 🤗
