I would like to buy another Cat S62 Pro phone. The reason is that production of the device has ceased and the features it offers are almost essential for my needs. The device I ordered has been undergoing a readiness test since it arrived, during which it has been found to have normal power consumption, just like a brand-new device. It has not yet been used for actual day-to-day use. The data transfer from my old phone went smoothly. Is it possible for you to service any potential processor issues and fix the excessive battery consumption? If a refurbished unit isn’t available, I’d be willing to send mine in for repair, provided it can be fixed with new parts. I’d like to know the cost first, though. Pasi
