Hello, the phone arrived today. And I have to say I'm very disappointed; if I didn't absolutely need it, I would send it back immediately. To rate this phone as 'very good' is an outrage. The phone is completely worn all around, and it wasn't even cleaned. I actually thought that when a phone is bought, it would be checked and cleaned. That's not the case with this Caterpillar. The external condition is anything but very good. There's dirt from the previous owner in every single crevice, plus the display is completely smudged. I don't think it's worth almost €100 in this condition. Maybe support will contact me, as unfortunately, I can't reach them anywhere else besides this review. I took pictures of the phone. It would be great if someone would contact me; maybe we can still clarify something here.
