The product I received didn’t work at all. Very disappointing for a product that should have been in “Excellent condition”. At least the customer support was not so bad: I could send it back for repair or replacement. “Unfortunately”, the seller could not replace it. The repair or replacement should have taken up to 3 days… I was disappointed to have to contact the service support to inquire about the repair status after 4 days: no replacement unit available so I should be refunded. I’m still waiting for a confirmation of the refund validation… Given the experience, I can’t recommend the products refurbished by asggoodasnew company. In this case I’ve lost time and end I’m very disappointed.
