After a few months of use, I'm really pleased with my purchase. Very pleasant to use, responsive and lightweight Supports Windows 11, even if the battery suffers a little Bought listed in very good condition, the surface shows a few traces of use but nothing more, however quite a lot of dust under the webcam, a usb port that works but disconnects my peripherals from time to time, and I note a dead pixel on the screen (only 1, white spot). What really pisses me off is that the seller sent the Surface without a keyboard, apparently not for the first time. After a quick and efficient response from the after-sales service, which I'd like to thank, I received the keyboard I was owed some time later. Perfectly functional and original keyboard, but due to the reconditioning the keys are not original, of mediocre quality, with a rough coating and relatively ugly compared to the original keys. But perfectly functional Although the keyboard lighting also suffers... IN BRIEF, I'm happy with my purchase and the after-sales service, I'd recommend the product but not the seller in particular.

My new Surface computer arrived sooner than indicated (great!) and was in really tidy condition. The spec of the machine once it was powered up matches that advertised. All good! Even though I've bought used a few times now, and on the whole have had a good experience, I still can't alleviate my slight anxiety in ordering something with some uncertainty of quality or an error somewhere in accurately describing the specification. Hopefully more good experiences like this one will give me more confidence - and of course it's saved me a load of money because buying used is so much cheaper than buying new, and really without any compromise on performance. I'm happy with this purchase. Hopefully it will last as long as the last one.

The product was perfect, just what I wanted and as described. However the delivery was chaotic, the delivery man left the package at the door of my flat, anyone could have taken it and without consulting me. Product 10/10, delivery...

I am generally satisfied with the product I received, despite a small pixel on the screen which shines brighter than the others and can cause problems when viewing certain images. I'm still very satisfied with the products I've bought on backmarcket.

I'm really pleased! I just had to do an update to be able to use the keyboard in tablet mode on Firefox. I had taken "correct condition" and frankly the defects are barely noticeable. Fast delivery, it was very well packaged. I am very pleased with the speed of the device, whether in tablet or computer mode. Frankly, I recommend backmarket, this model and this seller 1000%. Note that this model runs Windows 10 and that security updates will be discontinued in 2025. I'll probably be switching to Linux.

Surface pro 6 sold with an azerty backlit keyboard but this is a refurbished keyboard with azerty stickers so it is no longer backlit. It would be wise not to mislead the buyer in the description
