Fantastic Surface Pro 4 looks like new to be honest so very pleased. Just what I needed for digital motorbike manuals and part catalogues. Touchscreen is brilliant speed is really good. And just the right size for using in the garage. An inexpensive item for what I needed so I am really happy with my purchase and the customer service was great. I know where I will be looking first for any tech I need going forward.

Tiny chip near the camera but besides that it works flawlessly and has the perfect screen size for what I use it for. The Touch ID button is good and works but not very well with a case on the iPad battery health is very good charged it once in a week

Really great service from Back Market! The monitors arrived quickly, the set up was easy, and the display and the condition was great! They still look brand new 11 days later! And the price was good too - £200 for x2 27" monitors Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for refurbished tech!

Excellent purchase, super pleased with it! The laptop is practically new and worked like a charm straight out of the box. The one slight detail I can notice is that the keys are a bit slow to respond, but it's barely perceptible. I got an amazing laptop for £400 less than new. This is not my first refurbished laptop, I prefer to buy refurbished because I don't believe in the latest tech every year and want to minimize waste. It is my first purchase from BackMarket, and I am super satisfied with both the quality of my product and of the service. Will recommend and use again

absolutely astounded. this cost less than my last refurb and is bigger, has fingerprint recognition and is faster (although my other one is 5 years old now so fair play). absolutely worth the money so far. let's see if it's easy to set up for someone with not a lot of tech knowledge how hahaha. could be cleaner though, the speaker holes are full of dirt so I will look into cleaning them properly. so glad I bought this and will not be letting me friends 'fix' my laptops for me again in future.

One of the hinge covers is cracked, the biggest issue I had was I couldn’t get my web cam or mic to work, fortunately my husband is a whiz with computer and after trying all the software issues it could of been he discovered that they were not actually connected. Other than that so far so good. Attention to details matters there’fore please do better quality checks

I couldn't recommend BackMarket enough! It came within a few days of ordering, works a treat and exactly what I needed! You wouldn't be able to tell that it is refurbished!
