I ordered this computer for my first experience at Back market, and so far I'm not disappointed, very fast and careful delivery. The computer seems to me to be as good as new, it runs very well, only faults: it heats up a lot, and the battery seems to have been changed (not too surprising for a refurbished one) but its condition sometimes seems incorrect, the percentage and time of use remaining are constantly changing, so I don't know if it's faulty but in any case it's a bit strange. Otherwise no problem, delivery service accessible and responsive. I'd definitely recommend it.

A little mixed, the PC is actually in very good condition ... except for a large square mark on the casing probably from a sticker. Advertised with 8 GB of RAM, it actually has 16 GB ... a pleasant surprise. The battery was promised at 85% capacity, but in fact it's only 55%, and there's no internal battery, which this PC is famous for. It gives me around 2 hours of autonomy ... Power button slightly depressed but functional. The WWAN port is deactivated at the factory, which takes away another point of pleasure from this PC by not being able to add a second ssd. It's not really a disappointment because by changing the main ssd and buying an internal battery I'd have the PC I wanted, I think the description and related photos should be a little closer to reality. I won't be sending it back because I can't stay without a PC, but the idea has crossed my mind. For my next purchases I'll probably ask some questions before validating my basket.

For the moment the pc is perfect, received in very good condition, only a few traces of use at the USB plugs, but otherwise the pc is great, powerful and beautiful screen, see over time thank you

The PC lives up to expectations, it's very nice. However, it has been cleaned with a sticky antibacterial product that smells like a petrol station toilet. I had to clean it 2 or 3 times to remove the smell and texture.

Conforms to the advertised specifications, in very good condition. One downside to the delivery, not Backmarket's fault though: the parcel was left outside the house even though the delivery was specified as a relay point.

Screen received quickly. The packaging was very mediocre, opened without a corner, but in the end nothing was broken. Works well, but is a little less bright than the one I currently have, which was bought new.

PC in very good condition, quiet and clean with small spots of white paint. The screen resolution 1920*1080 is wrong in the description and is not available for this model. The maximum resolution is 1366*768 but that's not why I'm returning it. The screen lights up automatically and this is a plus (which was not described in the description). 48 hour delivery to my home.
