This laptop that converts into a tablet is really very practical and just what I was looking for. It has a comfortable screen and a top-notch combination of technologies! A little bonus: super-fast delivery.

The purchased computer arrived to me in a few days, well packed, in a proprietary cardboard box. It came with a non-original but equivalent working power supply. Having chosen an item described as being in 'excellent condition' I did not expect major problems, and indeed I found none. The laptop has no scratches and works properly, the display is excellent as is the keyboard. The only flaw I found was a partial bulge/scuffing near the charging area of the slim pen (not included). I am very satisfied with the product I chose.

Fast delivery, I'm quite happy with the product itself. There are just a few small scratches and the illuminated keyboard doesn't work, but apart from that nothing serious. On the other hand, the battery doesn't hold a charge very well and the tablet starts to heat up after a while.

I ordered my microsoft surface book 2 13'. The product is as described, it works great and I'm glad I bought it.

I am satisfied. I received it surprisingly quickly just before my bus trip from Jyväskylä to Helsinki and during the trip I got everything I needed installed. Later I updated it to Windows version 11 and everything has worked as I wished.

The equipment is in very good condition and ready to install. There's just one aspect that I'm not completely sure about: it gets very hot and the battery seems to last very little time
