First time ordering from this site, I wasn't expecting such good quality. Very few defects on the computer, good autonomy, fluid. Not perfect as new but in very good condition and perfect for a refurbished. Not supplied with the stylus (good to know but not a fault, especially when you compare the price I paid for the computer and the original).

PC sold "in perfect condition" and this is indeed the case! The tablet and keyboard are in almost new condition. The only downside was that the battery lasted only 2 hours, but that's probably normal for a refurbished device that's 6 years old. Very satisfied with my first experience of refurbished and with BackMarket!

Overall, the device looks well for a refurbished device despite there being a few scratches on the sides and back of the device. However, the battery seems to run out pretty quickly despite the unit being on best battery life mode.

The purchased computer arrived to me in a few days, well packed, in a proprietary cardboard box. It came with a non-original but equivalent working power supply. Having chosen an item described as being in 'excellent condition' I did not expect major problems, and indeed I found none. The laptop has no scratches and works properly, the display is excellent as is the keyboard. The only flaw I found was a partial bulge/scuffing near the charging area of the slim pen (not included). I am very satisfied with the product I chose.

Fast delivery, I'm quite happy with the product itself. There are just a few small scratches and the illuminated keyboard doesn't work, but apart from that nothing serious. On the other hand, the battery doesn't hold a charge very well and the tablet starts to heat up after a while.

This laptop that converts into a tablet is really very practical and just what I was looking for. It has a comfortable screen and a top-notch combination of technologies! A little bonus: super-fast delivery.

Good device, in good condition, battery holds charge for more than 1 hour. My only complaint is that some keys need to be pressed harder or repeated to appear on the screen. I don't use it much yet, but it's a good device

This isn't the first time I've used this site to buy refurbished devices. This surface, at least for the moment, looks perfect. We'll see with use. Super fast delivery and it's in very good condition.
