The product I'd great in terms of external quality, delivery was very quick and the product for the most part runs smoothly. The battery life however is poor.

First purchase on back market and I am very satisfied. The macbook pro dates from the beginning of 2022 and is in excellent condition, only very small scratches on the underside of the macbook show that it has already been used. Everything works from what I've tested. The battery is in very good condition, showing 96% health for 48 cycles. When I started up, the keyboard was programmed in Swedish (but it's really an azerty keyboard) and a sheet was attached to the computer indicating how to get the French keyboard, so I had no problems whatsoever. The delivery was very fast and the product well protected, I was right to choose a French reconditioner. The only downside was that the computer came with a copy of the official apple charger and a usb C cable, not a magsafe cable. Fortunately I already had an old official charger that I'm reusing.

I replaced my old 2008 IMac with a refurbished 2019 21.5-inch IMac. So far, everything is impeccable, the computer looks like new and works perfectly. Well, it was delivered with a slammed low-cost keyboard and mouse, but I still had my Apple Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, so no worries there.

Excellent computer No micro scratches, the computer works perfectly I have so far no worries, delivery and packaging went very well everything was secure I took the standard battery because I use it medium frequency but if you use it a lot take with the new battery Not disappointed I recommend

1st computer returned to reconditioner, ordered in "perfect condition", not even received in "good condition". The refund was made quickly, the back marcket customer service was very responsive. I ordered a new one from another refurbisher, this time the computer is impeccable, corresponds perfectly to the "perfect condition" grade, and was delivered quickly, I'm delighted. Thank you to the customer service for their responsiveness, however be very vigilant about refurbishers, they are not all honest, especially abroad from what I have seen.

Perfectly satisfied, I have been using the Mac for a few days now and it is absolutely fluid and functional for my use. The state of wear and tear on an aesthetic level corresponds to what was described at the time of purchase, except for a line of about 2 cm (which I wouldn't exactly call small) on the screen, which is unfortunately visible even when the screen is switched on, luckily being in the upper left corner it doesn't compromise functionality. Perfect shipping, more than punctual...early, which was a pleasant surprise. I advise everyone to buy refurbished, it's a great compromise between good performance, savings and environmental impact!

Not being the latest generation, I wasn't expecting to receive this Surface Pro 6 in such good condition! I was really pleasantly surprised! Everything works perfectly. Very happy with my purchase! I'm very happy with my purchase!
