The device works well, but there are areas for improvement. You can tell the screen cover had scratches and has been repainted. I understand – it’s second-hand – but the paint finish looks poor. The keyboard was supposedly a Spanish QWERTY layout, but it actually has a French keyboard with stickers to adapt it for Spanish. The finish with the stickers is rather poor; I reckon it wouldn’t cost much to fit a Spanish-layout keyboard from a second-tier brand and sell it properly. This laptop has two batteries, one removable and one internal. The removable battery works fine, but there’s no internal battery. I don’t understand why it doesn’t come with both batteries when I’ve paid nearly €400. To sum up, there’s nothing seriously wrong with it, but there are details I don’t like and, to be honest, I wouldn’t recommend buying it to anyone else. I’d always thought that buying from BackMarket was a mark of quality, but I can’t see any difference between that and buying the device from another private seller. If I’d bought it from a private seller, it would have been cheaper and of a similar quality.
