The ASUS laptop presented several issues from the moment it was received. The main problem was severe and constant stuttering while gaming, particularly in The Finals. The game suffered from frequent FPS drops, with frame rates fluctuating significantly and random micro-freezes that made gameplay unpleasant and, at times, unplayable.
The system also showed inconsistent GPU utilization, with the graphics card usage constantly oscillating, resulting in unstable performance and occasional screen freezes. These problems persisted despite extensive troubleshooting, including updating all drivers, performing a clean graphics driver installation using DDU, reinstalling NVIDIA software, testing different performance modes, disabling overlays, and using both Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet connections.
The issues were not limited to a single configuration or software setting and remained present after all recommended troubleshooting steps had been completed. As a result, the device did not perform as expected and failed to provide a satisfactory user experience, leading to the decision to return the product.
