    Sono cliente per la prima volta in assoluto, sia su BackMarket che per il mercato dei dispositivi ricondizionati. Non nascondo di essere stato preoccupato fino al momento della consegna sul mio acquisto, ma sicuramente questo è dovuto alla mia poca esperienza in questo ambito. Il sito e l'app sono belli, intuitivi e permettono di seguire il procedimento passo passo; la spedizione e il tracking molto veloci (il mio device è arrivato con largo anticipo) e facilmente seguibili. Sono molto soddisfatto dell'esperienza e anche del mio nuovo Razr, che è letteralmente nuovo e completo di tutto, meno che lo spinotto originale. Grazie mille a BackMarket!

    Ich habe das Motorola moto g52 (rhode) vor einigen Wochen erworben. Der Zustand des Handys ist sehr gut, die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und war reibungslos. Ich habe allerdings direkt nach Kauf das Original-Android (in der Motorola-Variante) durch eine alternative Firmware (LineageOS 21 für rhode) ersetzt. Das hat glücklicherweise auch gut geklappt - obwohl das wegen des damit einhergehenden Garantieverlusts und der etwas riskanten Umstellungsprozedur mit etwas Thrill einher ging. Ich bin mit dem Gerät sehr zufrieden - insbesondere mit der guten Akkulaufzeit.

    Puhelin on päältä kuin uusi.Käyttöön otossa oli outouksia kun puhelimen avasi niin tuli teksti "tässä menee hetki" se hetki oli yli puolitoista tuntia.Sitten kun aloin siirtämään motorola G200 tietoja puhelimeen oli kestää 5 minuuttia.Sekin viisi minuuttia oli yli 1,5 tuntia.Oli lähellä etten pistänyt pakettiin ja takasin sinne mistä oli tullutkin.Puhelin on nyt toiminnassa ja toimii ihan normaalisti.

    I will only be using Back market in future, I paid only £70 for this phone & it arrived within a couple of days with live updates on delivery. The phone itself is amazing, I had an iPhone before this that needed charged every hour of use, which was a torture as a runner, charge this phone at nighttime & it will easily see you through the entire day without any pressure to charge it again. An absolute bargain! Thanks

    Al final todo me salió bien, por ahora el movil que he recibido no ha tenido problemas esta en perfecto estado, solo le hacia falta el cargador original pero por lo demás perfect. El envio se tomo 3 días y muy atentos, me respondieron mis preguntas. La atención al cliente también buena. Tenia miedo de que no me saliera bien la calidad del dispositvo por unos comentarios negativos que vi en trustpilot pero en realidad todo salió bien, volvería a comprar aqui, y puede que en el futuro lo haga.
