El móvil tenía 2 problemas: la cámara tenía una resolución pésima y, cuando quería colgar una llamada, se me apagaba. Cuando solicité la reparación por correo, la única respuesta que obtuve fue que lo mandara para su revisión. 2 semanas después, sin haber tenido noticias, recibo un correo en el que sólo se me notifica el reembolso, sin especificar el motivo o darme opción a cambiarlo por otro. No sólo me ha supuesto un perjuicio por haber estado tanto tiempo sin móvil (muy necesario para mi trabajo), sino, también, una gran desilusión. Decidí comprarlo aquí porque me gusta la idea de reutilizar los aparatos, pensando en el medio ambiente (tal y como se indica en los anuncios). Lamentablemente, a pesar de saber que existe esta opción, la desechar para el futuro y no se lo recomendaré a nadie.
