The Mac mini is in perfect form but it came without the power cable. I tried to get help, however the customer service is not able to offer better than 10€ on a BackMarket wallet. I guess my experience could have been better, if BackMarket could give its customers fair compensations or honor its duty to solve the issues fast and by itself.
