I want to return the phone in line with EU legislation for which I sent you an EMail. That was about a week ago and you didn’t even react to the Mail. If I do not get a reply within two days I am considering to contact the bank that issued the credit card to block payment. I hope this is not necessary; I was looking for an IPhone 13Pro Max 256GB and the colour doesn’t really matter as long as it is not pick. I do this public because the system kicked me out when I tried to do it the nicer way

So far I am absolutely delighted with my refurbished iPhone 13 it is everything it said it would be. It came very quickly and well packed. I haven’t yet received the refund on my iPhone 11. Once the money is in the bank . This is the second refurbished phone and an Apple Watch from Back market and they have all been excellent. The exchange refund on my iPhone 11 worked brilliantly. Money safely in the bank so upgrade achieved painlessly and for a reasonable outlay.

Aye my refurbished iPhone 13 is grand. Phone came quickly and well wrapped. It’s a Fair model so it has bumps and paint scrapes but no dents or bashes. The battery goes up to 100% which I’m chuffed about. Refurbished phones are definitely the way forward. Has taken a bit of time going from a Samsung to Apple, no proper back button and the set up of picture scrolling and a few other things aren’t as good. Will probably go back to Samsung with my next phone but wanted to try Apple for once. Would highly recommend BackMarket, good little unit altogether.

Après 3 commandes Iphone 13 en "parfait état" : j'ai enfin reçu un portable qui à ce jour a l'air conforme. Le vendeur "Techlimited" a respecté les critères du reconditionnement contrairement aux 2 précédents vendeurs. Il a quelques "mini" points d'impacts sur le bord droit qui n'ont aucune incidence (cela reste de l'occasion) donc pas de raison de le retourner, batterie au delà de 85% et bon état. Il me reste à confirmer dans les jours qui suivent la tenue de la batterie, sa charge à l'usage et son bon fonctionnement. Merci à l'équipe de Backmarket et à Techlimited. Backmarket : s'il vous plait, vérifier plus souvent le travail des vendeurs car pour ma part 2/3 n'ont vraiment pas été sérieux. J'attends mon 2ème remboursement.

Téléphone reçus avant la date prévu trop génial iPhone 13 128go parfaite état Aucune rayure aucun accroc téléphone en parfait état batterie à 100% nickel rien à dit Juste il chauffe terrible je sais pas si c’est normal mais sinon rien à dire J’avais une énorme appréhension en commande du reconditionné mais au final je suis très content

I was quite iffy about purchasing a refurbished phone but I took the risk and purchased the “fair” iPhone 13 and I’m not disappointed I’m very happy with the phone there is no chips on the side no scratches practically came brand new! The percentage is 88 which I think is amazing and I will definitely be recommending back market to anyone who is in need of a phone thank you so much
