    Awful warranty service unfortunately, do not order a phone off of here if you expect a warranty or expect it to last. I asked for a new battery when I bought the phone and they gave me a NON APPLE new battery, which they said works perfectly fine, unfortunately apple software will reject this battery (this is what happened to me) in due time. Now this I thought was okay since I got a warranty HOWEVER when I sent it back, they rejected the warranty because 1. It was 'opened by a third party' THIS WAS BECAUSE THEY REPLACED MY BATTERY INITIALLY 2. it had a miniscule scratch on it which CAME WITH THE PHONE WHEN I GOT IT. Absolutely ridiculous, never buying from here again, complete ripoff, all they had to do for my warranty is replace the battery and they couldn't even do that. 0/10, four hundred euros down the drain

    Estaba con la duda de pedir un reacondicionado y la verdad que me sorprendio gratamente. Compramos un Iphone 12 en estado muy bueno y nos llego con 93% de bateria y en perfectas condiciones. Super contentos con la compra,volveria a comprar sin duda.

    Après un an d'utilisation, mon iPhone 12 reconditionné est toujours en excellent état. Seule la batterie tient un peu moins bien, mais pour le reste, il fonctionne parfaitement. Très bon rapport qualité-prix !

    J’ai acheté iPhone 12 64gb en vert, lors de l’ouverture le téléphone était dans un parfait état, aucune griffures, la batterie était à 100% et cela fais un peu près 3 semaine que je l’utilise seul petit bémol il surchauffe de temps en temps et le bouton + ne fonctionne plus. Mais en général, je recommande pour du reconditionné.

    Tras una experiencia previa nefasta con Back Market, decidí darles una segunda oportunidad. Esta vez las cosas han ido bien. He pedido un iPhone 12 128Gb azul en estado muy bueno. Ha llegado con un golpe en el marco en la parte inferior, tiene una muesca como si se hubiera dado un golpe importante. Además tiene protectores en las cámaras traseras. La pantalla impecable y salud de batería un 89% El envío esta vez sin problemas, en tiempo. Sinceramente, creo que es decisivo el reacondicionador que elijas. Y no fiarse de las ofertas, ya que te pueden salir caras.
