Cooling fan fault from get go for a non existent fan! Seems to be due to a fan not being used when a ssd is used instead of a hdd. Should have been identified and resolved during test. Once I had resolved the issue it works very well.

(Windows 10 pro) However, I can't upgrade to Windows 11, the processor is too old, although before ordering the device I asked the Back Market service department and they confirmed that I could upgrade to Windows 11, not cool and not professional. Everything but excellent condition. 3 usb ports not working. The chassis damaged perhaps in transport, I can not answer that given that it was poorly packaged. But that does not explain the scratches and that one "damping pad" that the machine should stand on was missing. Ordered a machine with a SSD of 512 gb got 480. The CD/DVD rom drive that is in the picture is missing. It is not a refurbished machine it is emptied of data and put on the shelf. It is not function tested given that usb is not working and bios is not updated.
