The device is in perfect condition. But I’m disappointed that it was delivered with nothing included. No power cable, no connection cable, no remote control, no user manual. My old video recorder had given up the ghost, so I was able to connect the new one using the cables from the old one, but if this had been my first device, I wouldn’t have been able to do anything with it. As for the remote control, luckily my old set was also an LG, so the remote works. But if that hadn’t been the case, I don’t know what I would have done. As for the user manual, you can find it online. But if I didn’t have internet access, I don’t know what I would have done.
