I ordered this red leather case for an iPhone 12 Pro Max but was sent a silicone case for an iPhone 11 Pro instead.
Customer service was not a great experience. I needed to send the case back and only after they received it would they be able to tell me if they will send me the correct case or will issue a refund. When the case was received, they had me confirm my address and details for sending a replacement. However, they then issued a refund instead as they couldn’t source the item, all while the item is still available for purchase on the website.
One message from customer service contained this paragraph: “Please refrain from responding until my return. If you reply with an "OK" or "Thank you," I will need to respond within 24 hours, potentially disrupting my ongoing follow-up process. Rest assured, I will continue to monitor this matter until it is resolved.”
A very frustrating and unpleasant first experience with back market, I would recommend avoiding this site if at all possible.
