Réception super rapide d'une tablette Galaxy S5e comme neuve : même en regardant de très près je n'ai pas vu la moindre trace ou marque. L'autonomie est très correcte vu l'usage assez intensif que j'en fais. La charge est suffisamment rapide. Je suis très satisfait de cet achat point bravo au reconditionneur et à Backmarket !

Na zorgvuldig overwegen heb ik besloten een tablet te kopen via Back Market. De beschrijving op de website was zeer gedetailleerd en gaf een nauwkeurig beeld van wat ik kon verwachten. Toen het apparaat arriveerde, was ik blij te zien dat het precies overeenkwam met wat er was beschreven. Het functioneert uitstekend en ik ben er zeer tevreden mee. Het enige minpuntje was de prijs. Hoewel ik begrijp dat refurbished producten een hogere prijs kunnen hebben vanwege het herstelproces en de garantie die ze bieden, vond ik de prijs toch iets te hoog vergeleken met andere aanbieders. Desondanks waardeer ik de kwaliteit van het product en de service die Back Market heeft geleverd. Ik zou anderen aanraden om ook hun technologie via Back Market aan te schaffen, vooral als ze op zoek zijn naar betrouwbare refurbished apparaten. Zorg er wel voor dat je de prijzen vergelijkt om er zeker van te zijn dat je de beste deal krijgt.

La livraison a été rapide comme toujours et le produit est sûrement de qualité mais je n'ai pas encore tout compris du fonctionnement qui n'a rien à voir avec la Galaxy Tab. Autre petite chose - il faudrait informer vos reconditionneurs que tout le monde ne maîtrise pas l'allemand autrichien par exemple dans mon cas donc pour une première prise en main c'est un peu dificile.

Rapidité dans la livraison, produit conforme a la description et a l'état indiqué. J'ai déjà acheté 2 smartphone, il s'agit de mon 3eme reconditionnés et toujours aussi satisfait a ce jour. Rien a redire.

Tablette commandée en état très correct, parfaitement conforme à la description, bien que pas dans son emballage d'origine le colis était très bien emballé et sécurisé. Cependant l'expédition à été un peu tardive, commandée le 10juin livraison estimée entre le 14et le 17 mais expédiée seulement le 18juin, malgré cela je suis satisfaite de mon achat !
