the phone itself is impeccable it's top notch however the back cover was a bit dirty the sides are all scratched I understand it's refurbished but still given the phone and its back cover it's a shame to put a cover on it

I am very satisfied with my 1st order on backmarket! Very fast delivery, 2 days before the announced date... And big surprise: the phone (REALME 9 5G), although ordered in "very good condition" is in like new condition! No scratches or marks visible from any angle, it's just perfect! Otherwise it works perfectly and the battery holds a charge very well.

Fast delivery, packaging ok. Phone like new. Everything seems to be working properly after several days of use. 1st time buying this brand so will have to see over time if the battery holds up.
