Fantastic refurbishment! This works just like new and I wear it everywhere I go now. It did take two attempts to set up and connect with my iPhone but after that initial hiccup it has been a dream. Very pleased with this purchase.

Hi I opened my watch this morning done all updates etc. I think I received the wrong strap the strap seems to be to wide for the watch can you send me the appropriate strap please Kind regards Will

I'm really happy to have been able to pick a refurbished phone over a new one in order to help with sustainability. I loved the minimal packaging and the delivery time was impressively quick. The phone itself came in perfect condition externally. Functionally it has some touch screen issues. It doesn't respond correctly sometimes for what I'm pressing on for example. It also can get really hot, for example once I was taking a few (1-3 minute) videos in a row while having my hotspot turned on and it got so excessively warm that a warning sign came up. All in all I would buy from here again no problem.

Can't fault the service, although (and this may be just coincidence) I got a lot of spam in various forms right after I placed my order. This wouldn't put me off using Backmarket again, though
