Product arrived on time, product really in perfect condition like brand new

It's a shame that Sonos no longer has this product in its range. All the better to have found it at Back Market. The price is right, the product is in good condition, I'm happy :-). And anyway: very good idea to save valuable material from being scrapped. Well done and keep up the good work.

The camera was delivered promptly and there were more accessories than I originally thought (battery, memory card). The camera was also in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend Back Market.

Ordered well except for one thing: it was noted that the phone had a physical dual sim when in reality it has a sim and an esim. No big deal, I just had to pay an extra £10 for the esim.

BackMarket is great in itself but delivery by UPS is really stupid. Delivered my parcel to the arse end of the world even though there's a post office right outside my door. Maybe it would be better to set up delivery with DHL?

Very satisfied so far for my 1st purchase of a reconditioned iPhone! Fast delivery, compliant product... a bit of a surprise when I opened the parcel as I hadn't noticed that the phone was delivered without a box, but at the same time that might seem obvious for a reconditioned phone...

Everything went smoothly, from ordering to delivery. I thought I'd be able to use this appliance easily, as I'd had an appliance of the same brand, but it's a bit more complicated and I'd need instructions. But there were no instructions. I downloaded one, but it's not easy to use. If you've got one, I'd love to have it. But anyway, that's secondary. But for the moment I'm happy with my purchase.

First experience with Back Market: I bought a camera, and everything went very well, from the timely delivery to the quality promised and delivered. For me it was a positive experience!

Device was like new . Charging cable and co was in original packaging. The display showed no signs of use and I am extremely satisfied.

Very bad experience. 1-There are no actual photos of the product, only the photos on the Fairphone website, so you'd think you'd receive an almost new product, but mine had a lot of signs of wear and tear (very damaged corners which suggest that the phone has often been dropped). 2-Some parts of the screen don't react when touched, or you have to press very hard. Given the state of the screen (without any scratches, I must admit), I imagine it's been changed, but it still doesn't work. 3-From the start, I had problems with the main microphone: the people I called couldn't hear me, and after a while the microphone didn't work at all. This seems to be a recurring problem with the Fairphone 4, and I wish I'd been aware that the phone was failing. 4-Finally, my disappointment comes mainly from the fact that it was far too expensive (€479) compared to the wear and tear and the microphone problems encountered from the start (which I imagine the previous owner knew about). I can find new Fairphone 4s cheaper than this one, I wanted to buy refurbished to do the right thing, and well, I'm the fool... Last time on backmarket, absolutely avoid (and maybe also avoid this retailer).
