A good mobile, very well reconditioned and at a very good price. The operation is very similar to the one I had before, with more capacity and features, so I am finding it very useful and easy to use, with fast charger and gift case included. The order arrived even earlier, and everything was very well organised. I will keep Backmarket in mind for sure when I need another device... Thank you and congratulations.

Everything is perfect with this product, it arrived on time and is in perfect condition. It works well and the truth is that I have no complaints. Also, it came with a case, which surprised me positively because it didn't say so anywhere.

As this phone replaces a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro (under warranty) which has just given up on me (after only 5 months of use!!), getting to grips with it was pretty easy. And for the moment, fortunately, everything's going well, no particular problems.

I bought the redmi note and since the beginning some applications don't work properly and now it's even Google that has malfunctions, at the price I paid for the phone I'm very disappointed with my purchase I don't recommend reconditioned devices from back market.

I have lost count of my BackMarket purchases. For years now all my technology has been refurbished and I don't change the terminal any more than the people around me, i.e. it doesn't give me any more problems than a new terminal would.

Very good phone. Works very well 😊 Fast and perfect delivery, no damage at all. The pictures are insane. I am a xaomi fan and never disappointed. One small downside though: the battery doesn't last that long. I don't use it as intensively as some people do. Still, I'm delighted with my purchase.

I have returned the product for prompt repair. The output speakers are distorted and do not work well. I have simply sent it back to be fixed or to be provided with one of the same characteristics. For its condition, impeccable. I don't want a refund. I want the phone in perfect condition. Thank you and I will write when I get it back.
