This is the third phone I've bought refurbished on Back Market and frankly I'm still not disappointed! It's a very good phone, there's no difference between new and reconditioned, the battery holds up really well, frankly I've got nothing to say except that it's exactly as I was sold. I'd definitely recommend it!

Top it's like new! Not a scratch, the only small downside is that the battery isn't incredible in terms of autonomy...but I've read quite a few articles about the z flip and that's down to the model...that was the black spot in this range.

This is my 2nd purchase from Back Market, and I don't regret my choice, this new phone meets my expectations. I'm not a crazy consumer of new technologies either, but I want it to work. I appreciated having the invoice for the phone (no risk of buying a stolen phone), all the accessories and the instructions. The phone is in great condition, delivered in its original box.

I am very happy with my purchase. It was delivered very quickly. The phone is in very good condition. Apart from a tiny scratch on the screen, it's as good as new. The battery life is decent and it takes very nice photos. These were my two criteria.

The problem was with the delivery: The deliveryman left the parcel on top of my letterbox, admittedly behind a low wall, but accessible to anyone. What's more, it was a rainy day, so I collected the parcel soaking wet, although fortunately it was well wrapped in bubble wrap.

This isn't the first time I've ordered and it certainly won't be the last. I am completely satisfied with my Samsung galaxy note10 plus. The value for money is amazing. You're doing a great job at Back Market. Keep it up....
