I Purchased a 32 inch smart TV and it is absolutely amazing and in perfect condition. It was delivered within 2 days, nicely in time for Christmas. Thank you so much back market for going above and beyond to get my purchase delivered in time for Christmas , I really appreciate it. I highly recommend back market to all.

This was very disappointing and not up to previous standards of my experiences with BackMarket. The unit was filthy, the internal replaceable charcoal filter was dirty and old (cost 99c each to replace). This supplier clearly has no respect for their customers and needs to improve their service, or Backmarket needs to bar them from using their website - I would happily have paid €5 more for a clean unit. The hinge of the door covering the water reservoir was broken and looks like it had been broken for some time, based on the state of the break. Also the packaging was not properly done and the unit could have been broken even more in transit. I have detailed photos.

it came i noticed controller was dirty a bit also triggers feel sticky even i payed for good as new but over all it good and im enjoying it good product i recomended it

The phone is starting to get very glichey and lagging

I was very happy with my iPhone 11. Price and quality great

PS3 arrived on time, worked for the first week or so. getting three beeps and flashing red light now. takes a few goes to get it to turn on then it does system restore.

Shelf in very good condition. No wear marks. Only 2 marks on the shell. Not even sure it's been used. A bit slow... but she's a bit of a granny!... It's perfect for what I want to do with it.
