Verified purchaseI was nervous about buying a refurbished MacBook Air. All previous Apple products were bought new. What arrived from BlackMarket was like new, I couldn't get over the condition it was in, excellent, like new. I was seriously impressed and highly recommend BlackMarket. 5 stars.

Verified purchaseI ordered excellent grade, the outside full of clear long scratches by keys + dent, the keyboard and screen are perfect though. so i assume the criteria does not apply on the appearance, only for these ‘working parts’. Original charger not included, just a fake one which I prefer not to use cos doesn’t look safe. you should provide an option for no need the charger and get some euros off. New Battery, shows Normal-100% health which is very good. So it is a €540 fully functional 16GB ram macbook M1(new M4 16Gb model is €991 on amazon at the time of writing for ref) so you basically get what you paid for. Not impressive not too bad , the seller is my local business, just support and I use it for work so no big issue. My first Mac enjoy using it. Go to a physical store and see in person if you wanna buy it for gifting or treat yourself.

Verified purchaseThe laptop came in the condition described with only a few tiny scratches on the back which aren’t visible unless you’re really looking for them, the battery capacity was also really high which is good, but I will say they keyboard came really dirty with crumbs stuck under the keys which I had to clean myself

Verified purchaseI don’t think this is the seller’s fault, it’s 100% Backmarket. The laptop arrived with a fake charger that was not Apple. It stated this nowhere on the website when I was buying, but when I contacted Support they refused to help or even address my concern - I asked multiple times specifically for the agent Kaan to help with this and was ignored. On top of that, the charger included the wrong plug for my location. Again, I think it’s Backmarket’s responsibility to have researched the country they’re selling in and make sure that the products sold are correct. They issued a ‘credit’ for this that doesn’t even cover the amount it will cost me to buy a compatible plug, not to mind an Apple charger. Absolutely shocked how awful the customer service was - not even willing to acknowledge the issue let alone provide any solution

Verified purchaseI was much worried, it being my first on BM, exasebated by by no way of finding out if charger would be there (based on some customer reviews), FAIR condition unspecified what unfairness is. Quite a bit of nerves before arrival. RESULT - I am happy. My advance given to the Bank when asked if you are confident in the seller proved justified. Thank you.

Verified purchaseBrought as a present for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Seems to work really well. Only one little dent on the outside and the rest of the machine looks perfect
