I was nervous about buying a refurbished MacBook Air. All previous Apple products were bought new. What arrived from BlackMarket was like new, I couldn't get over the condition it was in, excellent, like new. I was seriously impressed and highly recommend BlackMarket. 5 stars.

2nd time buying an iPhone from back market. Was quite happy with my first purchase, this time around paid extra for a new battery and it turned out the battery is an unverified one. So though generally happy with back market experience, this is certainly a blot. :(

Do not purchase from this website. I was supposed to have an order delivered 3 weeks ago and it never arrived. I have not been offered a refund or replacement and i am no longer able to reach the customer service team. They were initially giving me the run around and having different members of the team respond to me and dodge accountability . Now i can no longer reach the team

Arrived earlier than expected and everything well packed and working, I have been using my Mac studio m1 for about 2 weeks now and I'd say it's going great! I will definitely be back for more products at BackMarket. Last thing, it was supposed to arrive with some signs of wear and tear because I didn't choose the "excellent" option and instead it feels like new, not a single visible scratch, I fell in love with it.

Very happy with this Mac Studio, which works perfectly, delivered even earlier than announced! I'm very pleased with this operation, and I've saved a great deal on the price of a new Mac by accepting a delay of two or three years... But three years ago, this Mac was a beast, so, eh...?
