Im not gonna lie to you, i was suspicious at first because the price seemed just too good, i did some research on other places to get MacBooks and this place came up go be the best and its wasn’t wrong . I ordered good condition expecting some faults but the quality was literally as good as new, it was literally as if i ordered excellent condition straight from the apple website. I really appreciate places like this where u can get real products that have been refurbished for a really good price. So whoever is refurbishing them is clearly doing a really good job. So thank you, for being good at your job and not disappointing your customers. Next purchase is ordered already! Youve got yourself a long time customer.

Arrived the next day, really good battery life and excellent condition

I ordered excellent grade, the outside full of clear long scratches by keys + dent, the keyboard and screen are perfect though. so i assume the criteria does not apply on the appearance, only for these ‘working parts’. Original charger not included, just a fake one which I prefer not to use cos doesn’t look safe. you should provide an option for no need the charger and get some euros off. New Battery, shows Normal-100% health which is very good. So it is a €540 fully functional 16GB ram macbook M1(new M4 16Gb model is €991 on amazon at the time of writing for ref) so you basically get what you paid for. Not impressive not too bad , the seller is my local business, just support and I use it for work so no big issue. My first Mac enjoy using it. Go to a physical store and see in person if you wanna buy it for gifting or treat yourself.

Was advertised as good but when it arrived all the edges were scratched, 2 pretty noticable dents on the lid, bottom two feet were missing and the bottom left of the screen was cracked. but overall the laptop does its job and that's the reason I haven't returned it

Ordered from Spain, with English QWERTY keyboard. The seller was great, it arrived a day earlier than expected, and the truth is that the laptop arrived very well packaged. The product was bought in excellent condition, and when I received it, only a few almost imperceptible marks on the bottom of the chassis; yes, it arrived a little dirty, but only slightly. The battery is at 86% battery life. I'd be lying if I didn't say I expected more, but the truth is that the autonomy is still very good. Compatible charger included although it's not the original one I would say. Very happy so far with the performance. The colour rose gold is pink but I don't consider that the colour of a laptop conditions whether my physical attraction is towards men or women. I would definitely repeat.

Swiftly delivered, technical condition was great. Delivered clean, with all the accesories. in multiple layers of protective packaging. One and only downside is that adapter of the charger hardly fit when trying to slide it on the place.

My order arrived very quickly. It came with a small mark on the side and a slight, almost unnoticeable dent, but I've been using it for two weeks and it's working 100%. The battery was a bit of a letdown - it's at 82% health, even though Back Market guarantees a minimum of 85%. That said, it still lasts quite a long time. The MacBook also arrived quite dirty - they could've at least wiped it down. Other than that, it was well packaged. The charger is not original. Overall, a good purchase, but not in perfect condition as I requested.

Product as described, works very well, looks like new, no visible marks, just a small scratch on the back that you can barely see. Very happy to have it, thanks Back Market.
