Well it all started when I purchased a Samsung Pro GPS watch 6 for My wife.. I have bought many refurbished items before from reputable companies like Back Market so I had no problem in buying the watch.. when the watch arrived We were both stunned with the quality and appearance of the watch.. so without hesitation I went straight back online and purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 that I spotted while purchasing the watch.. when the Phone arrived on time as quoted I was blown away.. it looked brand new.. there wasn't a single mark on the phone and you could easily see that the phone was very well cared for.. needless to say the phone is in perfect working order and I'm over the moon with it.. it was reassuring that there was a 30 day no questions asked return policy which made the purchase easier.. and the price was very fair.. needless to say I can highly recommend making a purchase from Back Market.

Great phone in great condition. Minor scratch on the screen but otherwise flawless. Service was great and both items arrived 1 day before scheduled. This was my first time using the site but I will be back in the future and recommending to friends.

at first I was disappointed with the packaging and quality of phone. the phone is just taped to a bit of cardboard (which doubles as the packaging that you receive) and the phone had some marks on it that I wouldn't consider to be what I paid for. After a week or two the phone stopped charging so I sent it back and got back a near- perfect condition phone. so not only did they make it right, they made it easy. and it got me to reconsider the packaging the phone came in. they just made it easy. so kudos and credit to the company

Really wanted to stick with Huawei P30 Pro for the camera quality - delighted to have found this option of a refurbished device. Opted for "excellent" condition and it sure is in excellent condition - pristine! Delivery was prompt and informative at all steps of the process. Would definitely recommend this option and the better bonus is I get to stay on my phone plan without having to increase it if I had gone for upgrade with my provider!

So far, my new phone is doing everything it is supposed to do. Love that I've been able to reload all my old apps and still have so much room, as my old phone's 128GB storage kept telling me it was too full and seemed to be the apps. I've gone back to Samsung again and will be sticking with it. My phone looks brand new, hard to believe it is second hand. Ordering and paying was simple and safe, delivery was within a few days to Ireland. Very satisfied thank you!

Came perfect just what i wanted. One problem is that i couldn't find any phone cases in shops and had to get one online but that has nothing to do with the phones quality or back market. Good camera for phones price and has great storage compared to my old phone. Battery lasts a good while too. 4/5 stars because 4 is my favourite number

The phone was in great condition overall, however, I noticed the screen was changed and it mustn’t have been replaced with a good quality screen, or wasn’t replaced properly, because sometimes the display freezes and the only way to fix it is to restart the phone. I will be looking to get the screen replaced at a local tech shop. Bit disappointing, but overall happy enough.

Phone is like brand new. Definitely in the future will buy from backmarket. Very happy with my purchase.

This is my first iPhone so it's taken me a while to get to grips with it. I thought it was faulty but once I figured out how to use it I was very happy with it.
