So far it's like new -- battery is in mint condition, no visible scratches or signs of use, no performance degradations, quite fast and capable. Very good bargain. One thing that might have been annoying for some -- it came without a UK plug but it was easily fixable with those available for about 10 euro on Amazon with 2-day delivery time. It had the US and EU(2-pin so maybe China type C) plug though.

Love the product. Better than expected. Perfect condition. Only issue it arrived four days late. I really love the idea of reusing everything we can. It’s so much faster than my old IMac. Highly recommended for people on a low budget. You can get a great hi-end Mac for a quarter of the price of a new one, with a years guarantee. I am seventy years old, love Mac’s, but I will never buy a new one again as long as I have access to products of this quality.

DON'T ORDER FROM BACK MARKET. A month ago I spend €1k... (a THOUSAND euro) on a 2025 MacBook, they sent me an older version. I still have yet to be refunded, a month later. They won't even compensate me for losses incurred as a result of their mistake. They also wouldn't confirm a replacement device, instead telling me I can reorder at a higher price. What a scam!

The macbook pro arrived in excellent condition and working perfectly. I'm very pleased with the purchase. Only the delivery took 2 days longer than indicated and with little information during the wait, which was the only negative part. Otherwise everything was excellent, it was well packaged and delivered with care.

From ordering to delivery of the Apple Watch SE, everything went smoothly. The "excellent" condition is really as described. The battery even has 100% capacity! Instead of the white strap I ordered, I received the watch with a blue strap. On the day of ordering, the configuration with the white strap was over 20 euros more expensive. Backmarket's customer service was very helpful and refunded me 25 euros. My wife really likes the blue strap. I am very happy with this purchase!
