Amazing experience from A to Z. Delivery was ultra fast , 24h from the South of Italy to Ireland and phone was in mint condition . Iphone 11 Pro Max is still an amazing piece of technology ,fast and reactive , updated to last IOS version super quick and the device battery is 100%.No scratches or marks , just perfect and it's such a stylish phone . I will purchase my refurbished products from Back Market again for sure when I need. Thanks!

I ordered a MacBook that was listed as having a flawless screen. When it arrived, the screen was scratched up and had a pinhole dent in it.

Awful warranty service unfortunately, do not order a phone off of here if you expect a warranty or expect it to last. I asked for a new battery when I bought the phone and they gave me a NON APPLE new battery, which they said works perfectly fine, unfortunately apple software will reject this battery (this is what happened to me) in due time. Now this I thought was okay since I got a warranty HOWEVER when I sent it back, they rejected the warranty because 1. It was 'opened by a third party' THIS WAS BECAUSE THEY REPLACED MY BATTERY INITIALLY 2. it had a miniscule scratch on it which CAME WITH THE PHONE WHEN I GOT IT. Absolutely ridiculous, never buying from here again, complete ripoff, all they had to do for my warranty is replace the battery and they couldn't even do that. 0/10, four hundred euros down the drain
