The phone works great and other than a few scuffs on the screen, it's in great condition. My problem is around how the condition system here doesn't really work when it comes to folding phones. The "great" condition I bought claimed that the screen would be in perfect condition, and any signs of damage would be on the frame of the phone. But since this is a folding phone, there is a second smaller screen, which was not in great condition. It had considerable scuffs which really impact the look of the phone when closed. I think the terminology of the condition rating system needs to be updated when dealing with folding phones, since I was led to believe that the screen (all screens) would be in perfect condition - not just the primary one. I probably would have gone for a higher condition phone if I had known there would be damage to the outer screen, but this was not suggested by the rating system

I love the phone, it's so handy and it looks brand new. On down side the battery isn't the best and it's not beige, it's white with silver details.

Phone arrived a little later than expected, but as described. If I knew it was travelling from another country, I maybe wouldn't have bought it as defeats the idea of sustainability if it has to be shipped by airfreight.

I was sent a Korean imported phone (I’m in Ireland) so besides the language, everything is Korean, apps that I can’t delete or use, certain notices etc. really annoying so be careful. I have used other refurbishing sites before and nothing like this has happened to me.
