Phone arrived a little later than expected, but as described. If I knew it was travelling from another country, I maybe wouldn't have bought it as defeats the idea of sustainability if it has to be shipped by airfreight.

Every effort was made to protect the package and send it quickly (1.5 working days - despite the long distance - and the original estimate of 4 days). If you need a refurbished Mac, honestly, go for it with your eyes closed :) I'm sorry to have to return this item in perfect condition, and cancel the accounting entry because of an error in assessing the characteristics of this computer's processor... All this work for "nothing", I'm really sorry. It's thanks to these rigorous professionals that the sale of reconditioned products is possible. With this one, I got it right. I bought another unit with the Okamac reconditioner and it was a horror. I paid for it as excellent and they sent me one that was a wreck. With the SYA reconditioner on the other hand, it was great. They sent me exactly what I ordered and in the condition I ordered it in. So far it's working perfectly.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. After a week of use, everything is working very well. I had not taken the option of a new battery, but the state of the battery was 100%, which was a surprise! I had to program my keyboard and this was very easy thanks to the small instructions explained in pictures, which is a plus! The only small downside that I would have to say is that I had a problem during delivery because after 5 days my computer had still not been shipped so I called customer service who immediately reacted by sending a message to the seller (SYA) following that I received my package the next day! very good reaction from backmarket. This computer was my first purchase reconditioned and I am not disappointed I highly recommend! my computer is new!

As a former Windows user, I am satisfied with my purchase. The computer is in very good condition, with no scratches or marks to suggest that it has been reconditioned. It's very pleasant to use! On the other hand, the battery doesn't last very long, which is the only negative point. As for delivery, I'm a bit disappointed... to be reviewed!

I have to admit that I was very pleasantly surprised and quite happy with my purchase from Back Market! Having always been a fan of new from new, I never thought I'd one day take the plunge and buy refurbished. I should have done it a long time ago! The MacBook Pro I bought is in almost new condition. Mac Book in very good condition, obviously refurbished. Despite a few keys on the keyboard being less responsive, the whole thing was in excellent condition, so nothing to complain about. Delighted with this purchase.
